Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Delivery Consultant to design, implement and manage AWS solutions that meet customers' technical and business goals. You will guide migrations, optimize performance, and drive customer success through the cloud journey.

You will advise on industry trends, lead implementation efforts, and mentor teams while maintaining best practices and risk management across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical specialist in design and architecture.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 3+ years as a contact center technolgy architect or senior contact center developer.
• 2+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU (IVR or chat) solutions at enterprise scale.
• 2+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and integration of multiple contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts to share knowledge.
