Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing AWS solutions.
• 3+ years in cloud architecture and delivery.
• Experience with NLP/NLU in contact center.
• Experience integrating 3+ contact center platforms.
• Strong ability to guide customers and stakeholders.
