Job summary

SAS in the UK is seeking a Cloud Services Delivery Manager to lead customer outcomes for complex cloud engagements. The role blends strategic guidance with hands-on delivery across SAS cloud solutions for enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Technical Support, and Professional Services to ensure value realization, maintain SLAs, and drive profitable outcomes while working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service account management or customer success experience.
• ITIL qualification preferred though not essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience presenting to end users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certification preferred.
• Proof of right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Champion the customer experience and manage assigned enterprise accounts to align SAS solutions with business goals.
• Build Customer Success Plans and connect cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Partner with sales and Customer Success to win new business and grow accounts.
• Be accountable for SLAs and conduct regular health checkpoints; handle after-hours issues.
• Manage a complex portfolio of solutions with possible global footprint.
• Provide escalation for urgent issues and apply ITIL processes to drive resolutions.
• Oversee budgets, performance, hosting capacity, and cost feedback for improvement.
• Ensure security policies support secure software development.
