Job summary

ClearRoute is an engineering consultancy bridging Quality Engineering, Cloud Platforms and Developer Experience. The Technical Delivery Manager role is the operational backbone of engagements, running governance, managing risk, coordinating delivery teams, and aligning client and ClearRoute to engineering-first delivery.

You will lead delivery governance, guide Agile practices, coach multidisciplinary teams, and own engagement closures, case studies and IP capture.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering software projects end-to-end in a consultancy or client-facing environment (on time, on scope, on budget).
Strong understanding of Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and modern engineering practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Establish and run delivery governance and cadence for engagements.
Facilitate client communication; track progress, risks and insights for governance reporting.
Manage engagement risk and dependencies to protect margins and delivery.
Coach teams, coordinate delivery across streams, ensure quality and adherence to Agile practices.
Lead Delivery Health Check and engagement closure activities (sign-off, case study, IP capture).
