Job summary

Aveva Group Plc is seeking a Cloud Developer to join the AVEVA Unified Supply Chain R&D team, helping build and evolve critical cloud infrastructure that powers customer workflows.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver robust infrastructure, implement IaC, and apply Azure services; ownership through production and strong communication essential.

Hybrid working in the Cambridge area with on-site and remote options may apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IaC development experience.
• Scripting with PowerShell or similar.
• Experience with core Azure services: compute, storage, security, monitoring, diagnostics.
• Proactive self-starter mindset with ownership through production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team to improve existing infrastructure platform.
• Contribute to design of infrastructure improvements balancing technical and business value.
• Diagnose and fix issues affecting production infrastructure with guidance from senior engineers.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities for infrastructure improvement.
