Job summary

Wise is building a new network for the world’s money and needs a Platform Reliability/Analytics role to drive actionable insights from data. You will own metrics end-to-end, define SLIs/SLOs, and craft dashboards that inform engineering and product decisions.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to balance cost, productivity, and reliability, turning complex signals into outcomes that benefit customers and the business. This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience turning data signals into decisions (SLIs/SLOs).
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with DBT and Airflow for modular pipelines.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own Platform metrics end-to-end: definition, measurement, targets.
• Create dashboards and narratives to drive action.
• Influence investment and design decisions across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve reliability.
