Responsibilities

• Advise clients on operational and organizational impacts of cloud transformation.
• Conduct assessments and audits to design future‑state operating models.
• Define target cloud operating models and service management processes.
• Monitor effectiveness and maturity of cloud transformations with metrics and analytics.
• Support delivery of automation, intelligent workflows, and AI‑assisted operations.
