Job summary

Softcat is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to lead two established teams and shape the strategic direction of our public cloud marketplace offering. You will drive operational excellence, own key partnerships and oversee procurement, licensing alignment and onboarding for customers.

The role requires proven leadership, strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering large-scale transformation.

Join our Cloud Operations Team

The Cloud Operations Team sits within Softcat's Operations function and is responsible for delivering excellence across cloud strategy and execution.

The team consists of two specialist areas:

• Cloud Procurement – Managing the end-to-end procurement of cloud solutions, including Microsoft Enterprise Licensing and Marketplace transactions, ensuring efficiency, compliance and value for our customers and business.
• Marketplace Cloud Enablement – Focused on scaling Softcat's marketplace capability, creating simple, transparent and digitally enabled customer journeys that maximise commercial growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
