Job summary

Newton Europe Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for IT support across the business. You will triage tickets, guide colleagues through issues and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently.

You will work with a cloud-based technology stack, support our mobile workforce, and participate in on-site and occasional travel to our London office as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage escalations independently and work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Triaging tickets accurately and timely within the service desk.
• Adhering to incident and service request processes and resolving issues.
• Delivering IT inductions and updating SOPs and documentation.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers underpinning the Service Desk.
• Escalating complex issues to internal teams or 3rd parties for fast resolutions.
• Supporting onboarding and upskilling of new team members.
