JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team within Infrastructure Platforms. You will stay hands-on with code while shaping an inclusive culture and ensuring stability, resiliency, and scalable delivery across web and service platforms.

You will partner with product, operations, and risk stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans, drive engineering excellence, and advance a healthy team culture grounded in safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineers in agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on software delivery across web interfaces and backend.
• Experience with cloud deployments and virtual servers.
• Regulated environment experience and risk awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers with inclusive culture.
• Plan work, manage capacity, track progress, remove blockers.
• Define coding standards, testing, and automated delivery.
• Contribute hands-on as a senior engineer writing production code.
• Translate requirements into measurable technical plans.
• Lead agile rituals and improve team ways of working.
• Oversee vendor-supported apps and service performance.
• Ensure stability, incident response, and remediation.
• Manage cloud and virtual server environments, DR testing.
• Strengthen risk controls and remediation with stakeholders.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and skills development.
