Job summary

Content Guru, a leading cloud CX provider, seeks an Infrastructure Engineer for its Bracknell head office. You will manage and develop the platform underpinning development teams, supporting CI/CD, IaC, containerisation, monitoring and security across multi-tenant cloud platforms.

You will work on designing scalable, resilient systems with zero-downtime deployment, automating workflows, and ensuring high availability for a global customer base in finance, public sectors, and government.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in platform engineering, DevOps or infra ops.
• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure as code is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, resilient infrastructure with zero-downtime deployment practices.
• Provide hands-on support for platform reliability and incident response.
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps pipelines.
• Develop proactive monitoring strategies and uphold security best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve deployment issues and support releases.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for global environments.
• Maintain compliance and continuous improvement across multi-tenant cloud platforms.
