Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced ERP Cutover & Deployment Manager to drive the transition to a new cloud-based ERP platform. You will own cutover strategy, data migration execution, and post-go-live support, coordinating across business, IT and the implementation partner teams.

The role requires delivering end-to-end data migration with quality data cleansing and mapping, while ensuring go-live readiness and minimal business disruption in a large-scale transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ERP cutovers and deployment activities within complex programmes.
• Experience delivering data migration workstreams for ERP solutions such as IFS, SAP, Oracle or Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of cutover planning, operational readiness and go-live governance.
• Excellent risk management, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall cutover strategy and execution plan for a major ERP implementation.
• Lead end-to-end ERP data migration activities from planning through execution and hypercare.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery partners; provide clear deployment readiness reporting.
• Lead hypercare planning and post-go-live support arrangements.
