Job summary

NaturalMotion is seeking a Server & Infrastructure Engineer to join the server engineering team. You will work on core backend systems and live services, expanding infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with technical leads to build high-availability server environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, Go and C# for backend services and tooling.
• Hands-on with AWS and Terraform for cloud infra.
• Experience with build/orchestration platforms (Unreal Horde, Jenkins, TeamCity).
• Strong source control workflow knowledge (GitHub, Perforce/Helix Core, Git-flow).
• Ability to manage medium-to-large technical tasks independently and communicate status.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and support scalable server architectures and cloud infrastructure.
• Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines.
• Participate in technical planning and cost/complexity estimation for multi-week efforts.
• Improve engineering productivity, tooling and code quality across squads.
• Share knowledge through internal talks and collaborative peer relationships.
