Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a Data Engineer with strong AWS cloud experience to design and build ETL pipelines, data lakes and data warehouses. You will work across PA’s Digital & Data teams to deliver data‑driven solutions for clients, often on client sites or in our offices.

You’ll design production data pipelines, collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams, and ensure robust data movement using AWS native or custom tooling. Hybrid work and ongoing learning opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience designing production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption in a big data architecture using Java, Python, Scala, Spark and SQL.
• Experience in writing scripts and queries, and extracting data via APIs.
• Experience processing large structured and unstructured data in AWS cloud using native or custom programming.

Responsibilities

• Work with agile teams to design, build and operate data pipelines and analytics solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across PA to deliver data‑driven outcomes.
• Design and implement data movement on AWS, including data lakes and data warehouses.
