Qualifications

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in networking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resolver for data center infrastructure challenges.
• Diagnose hardware and network problems and perform repairs.
• Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and promote a world-class safety culture.
• On-call rotation for off-duty emergencies (if applicable).
• Lead resolution of infrastructure issues and coordinate with solution teams on complex cases.
