ValueMomentum in London is seeking an experienced Data Architecture & Delivery Lead to drive enterprise data architecture initiatives and lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data transformation programs. The role blends technical leadership with governance, stakeholder management and delivery excellence to build scalable, secure data solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will guide modernization across cloud platforms, implement Databricks-based transformations, and oversee ETL/ELT

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise-scale data transformation and migration programs.
Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives across cloud and analytics platforms.
Design and govern scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data warehouse solutions.
Drive legacy-to-cloud migration and Databricks-based transformation programs.
Lead end-to-end project delivery including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, project timelines, and stakeholder communication.
Support continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, best practices, and delivery excellence initiatives.
