Our client, a Premium Womenswear brand, is looking for a Garment Technologist to join their head office team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Working closely with the wider team, you will drive the technical aspects of the product process, from handover with the product development team to production.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage and drive garment fittings from development through to production, ensuring high standards.
2. Identify and resolve quality and construction issues; risk assess styles to prevent potential production problems.
3. Provide suggestions for improvements related to processes, suppliers, or garment fit.
4. Collaborate with factories to review blocks and sizing regularly.
5. Build and maintain clear brand quality guidelines and supplier manuals, providing necessary details for success.
6. Manage and resolve any non-compliance issues that arise.

• Has proven experience in a similar role within Women’s multi-product apparel, with exceptional technical skills.
• Possesses excellent hands-on technical and construction knowledge, with commercial awareness.
