Our client, a Premium Womenswear brand, is looking for a Garment Technologist to join their head office team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

Working closely with the wider team, you will drive the technical aspects of the product process from handover with the product development team through to production.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and driving garment fittings from development through to high-standard production.
• Identifying and resolving quality and construction issues, and risk assessing styles to prevent production problems.
• Providing suggestions for improvements related to processes, suppliers, or garment fit.
• Reviewing blocks and sizing with factories regularly.
• Building and maintaining clear brand quality guidelines and supplier manuals, providing necessary details to ensure success.
• Managing and resolving any non-compliance issues that arise.

Our client is looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in a similar role within women's multi-product apparel, with exceptional technical skills.
• Possesses excellent hands-on technical and construction knowledge, with commercial awareness.
• Is a self-starter, motivated, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, capable of building successful relationships with factories and in-house teams.
• Is a quick learner, adaptable, and able to work within a dynamic team environment.
• Has experience working with a wide network of vendors and factories globally.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic to drive this role effectively.
