The Arts Club in the United Kingdom is seeking a professional, welcoming Casual Cloakroom Attendant to greet members, securely manage belongings, and ensure the cloakroom operates smoothly as part of a premier private members’ club.

You will play a key role in delivering warm, attentive service, maintaining discretion and presentation, and helping members navigate club facilities and current events.

Formación

• Previous experience in hospitality or a private members' club.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and professional presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and farewell members in a warm, professional and friendly manner.
• Receive, store and return members’ personal belongings safely.
• Ensure items are securely organised and handled with care.
• Respond to member requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, tidy cloakroom area at all times.
• Assist members by providing directions to food and beverage outlets.
• Provide information about art exhibitions, music events, and Club activities.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service and ensure members feel welcomed and valued.
