The Columbo Group is seeking a warm, confident Cloakroom Assistant for Jazz Cafe in Camden. You’ll issue and manage cloakroom tickets, store coats and bags safely, and help deliver a smooth guest experience across busy live shows in a fast-paced, late-night environment.

You should stay calm under pressure, be friendly and guest-focused, with good attention to detail. The role offers £13.00 per hour, with regular shifts on a lively schedule, a relaxed dress code, and perks across The Columbo

We're looking for a Cloakroom Assistant to join the team at Jazz Cafe.

Jazz Cafe is a world-famous, award-winning live music venue in Camden. For over 30 years it has hosted rising stars and global talent across hip hop, soul, jazz, world and electronic music. The restaurant sits on a stunning mezzanine overlooking the stage, creating one of the most unique dining experiences in London, where guests enjoy great food and drinks while watching live music just metres away.

It’s a fast-paced, music-fuelled environment with a lot going on. We’re looking for someone warm, confident and guest-focused who can run a section smoothly while delivering great service during busy shows.

You’ll be responsible for issuing matching tickets, storing coats and bags safely, and returning belongings quickly and accurately. When the queues build, you’ll stay calm, organised and friendly, keeping the energy high and the service fast.
