Job summary

The Blues Kitchen Manchester, part of The Columbo Group, is seeking a Server to join a fast-paced, live-music backed venue in Manchester. You will run a section, welcome guests, take orders, and recommend dishes and drinks to keep a lively, welcoming atmosphere through service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Confidence managing a section during busy service.
• Experience following structured service steps, including allergen procedures.
• Someone warm, organised and attentive to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• A genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and music.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Server to join the team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester.

What You’ll Be Doing

What to Expect

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71- £13.21 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
