Hayfin Capital Management LLP is seeking an experienced CLO operations professional in the UK to own the operational side of CLOs from warehouse setup through quarterly payments and everything in between. You will work closely with portfolio managers, finance, compliance, administrators and trustees to ensure accurate, timely cash flows and compliance with deal documents.

The role requires 4+ years in loans or structured credit with strong CLO lifecycle understanding, excellent Excel skills, and

Qualifications

4+ years working with loans or structured credit, front-to-back CLO lifecycle understanding.
Comfortable with CLO documentation and numbers.
Ability to deliver consistently from daily close to quarterly payment date.

Responsabilités

Reconciling positions and cash daily across systems and providers.
Monitor cash flows and portfolio compliance per deal documents.
Onboard new CLOs and warehouses through full lifecycle.
Manage relationships with administrators and trustees and uphold SLAs.
Build and maintain controls, processes, and data standards for accuracy and audibility.
Spot operational risks early and implement sensible controls.
Support projects like process improvement, automation, and new product launches in Liquid Credit.
