Clinical Operatives

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £7.38 – £7.83 per hour

Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (ad‑hoc basis, 7 days a week)

Temporary position.

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Key duties include ensuring all areas of responsibility are cleaned to the required standards and that all machinery is well maintained. Waste is dealt with correctly, and health and safety procedures for the department, including COSHH, PPE, clinical waste and sharps policy, are complied with.

Duties will include:

• Loading and unloading lorries
• Burning clinical waste
• Disposing of sharp objects
