Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to drive multi-project coordination for digital products used in clinical trials.

You will act as the day-to-day contact for clients, sponsors, and study teams, guiding project delivery and financial oversight under senior supervision. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in clinical research, clinical trial operations, healthcare, digital product delivery, or a related field with project management experience.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day point-of-contact for internal and external clients, including sponsors and study teams.
Coordinate activities among clients, study teams, content resources, product leads, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
Track project status, risks, issues, action items, and client deliverables; escalate concerns as needed.
Assist senior management with proposal development and organic growth efforts.
Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills for project planning and delivery.
