Job summary

Syneos Health in London seeks a proactive Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary liaison for high-level digital product delivery projects in clinical trials.

You will partner with sponsors, study teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with business goals while managing timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in clinical research, clinical trial operations, healthcare, digital product delivery, or related field with project management, timelines, and client management.
• Strong understanding of clinical research operations, trial workflows, and sponsor/study team needs.
• Strong client management and ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client relationship lead for assigned accounts and studies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clients, study teams, content resources, project managers, and technology teams.
• Monitor delivery performance, project budgets, risks, and client priorities; escalate as needed.
• Support demonstrations, implementation planning, proposals, and new business presentations.
• Identify opportunities for customer retention and account growth in digital products and services.
• Provide guidance to account executives and team members to ensure consistent execution across studies.
