Job summary

Discover International is partnering with a UK-based CRO to appoint a Clinical Trial Manager who will lead the operational delivery of Phase I–IV trials for pharma and biotech sponsors. You will manage cross-functional teams and study timelines from start-up through close-out.

Responsibilities include end-to-end trial oversight, line management of CRAs/CRCs, sponsor communications, and budget/vendor oversight. You will ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance across UK/EU frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in life sciences or equivalent.
• 4+ years in clinical trial management within a CRO, pharma or biotech setting.
• Proven line management/mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, UK/EU trial regulations, and risk-based monitoring.
• Experience managing study budgets and vendors.
• Experience in oncology, rare disease, or cardiovascular trials.
