Job summary

Discover International is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead the operational delivery of Phase I–IV clinical trials for pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors, managing cross-functional teams and study timelines from start-up through close-out.

Responsibilities include owning end-to-end trial management, line-managing CRAs/CRCs, providing sponsor updates and risk escalation, and ensuring ICH-GCP and MHRA compliance with risk-based monitoring perspective valued.

Qualifications

• Life sciences degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in clinical trial management within CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Proven line management/mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and UK/EU trial regulations.
• Experience managing study budgets and vendors.
• Experience in oncology, rare disease, or cardiovascular trials.
