Job summary

Discover International, a UK-based CRO, is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead operational delivery of Phase I–IV trials for pharma/biotech sponsors. You will manage cross-functional teams and study timelines from start-up to close-out.

You will line-manage CRAs/CRCs, oversee budgets and vendor oversight, and act as the primary sponsor contact, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and UK/EU regulations. Oncology/rare disease experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Life sciences degree (or equivalent)
• 4+ years in clinical trial management within a CRO, pharma, or biotech setting
• Proven line management/mentoring experience
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, UK/EU trial regulations, and risk-based monitoring
• Experience managing study budgets and vendors
• Experience in oncology, rare disease, or cardiovascular trials

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trial management for assigned studies, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards
