Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time Clinical Trial Site Relationship Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team in London. You will manage site networks, support feasibility activities, and help drive study start-up across the UK and Hungary.

Ideal candidates have clinical research experience or CRA background, with English and Hungarian fluency, and strong organizational and communication skills. The role offers growth opportunities within Medpace’s global CRO framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a health-related field is required.
• At least 1 year site and clinical trials experience; more for senior roles.
• CRA experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management, and GCP preferred.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing site support and identify future business opportunities and feasibility assessments.
• Develop effective plans for site contact and follow-up.
• Support expediting feasibility, site selection and study start-up.
• Serve as site relations and excellence partner for assigned sites and country.
• Conduct feasibility activities and assist with site selection/alignment with studies.
• Proactively research site landscape, data, and country intelligence related to patient populations and recruitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with flagship sites and manage meetings with network directors.
• Conduct regular performance reviews for sites and ensure quality study delivery.
• Act as escalation point for site-related issues during a study lifecycle.
• Assist with process improvements in feasibility activities.
• Be the main contact for project teams regarding site performance updates.
