Job summary

HTG-UK in the Cornwall/Devon area is seeking a Clinical Trainer to deliver high quality statutory, mandatory, and role specific training for Patient Transport Service staff. You will ensure staff are competent and compliant with NHS Core Skills Training Framework and Qualsafe EFAW, and supported with ongoing assessments.

The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, field-based with travel across Devon and Cornwall.

Qualifications

• Deliver and assess Qualsafe EFAW and CSTF-aligned training.
• Induction, refresher sessions and vehicle familiarisation.
• Maintain training records and contribute to programme improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver statutory, mandatory and role-specific training.
• Support staff competence in patient handling, infection prevention and BLS.
• Maintain accurate training records and drive programme improvements.
