Job summary
Fresenius Medical Care UK is seeking an experienced Therapy Specialist Nurse to train NHS staff and patients, provide hands-on clinical support, and drive business growth through stakeholder relationships. You should be an RN with Critical Care/ICU experience and a proven track record in clinical education, willing to travel extensively within your region.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours), field-based with occasional overnight stays, and requires a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- Current NMC registration and active nursing license.
- Experience in Critical Care or Intensive Care units.
- Proven ability to train NHS staff and patients.
- Willingness to travel across the region and stay away overnight if needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical training and education to NHS end users.
- Provide hands-on clinical support to staff and patients across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers per Territory Action Plans.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager to align activities with strategy.
