Job summary

Navigo Health and Social Care CIC is expanding its Learning and Development Team with two Trainer roles designed to influence learning, development and the workforce experience.

The roles combine training delivery, programme design and workforce development, with a clinical health background ideal but training experience key; you will design, deliver and evaluate training across clinical and non-clinical areas, creating engaging learning materials and collaborating with experts.

A clinical health background would be ideal, yet a passion and experience in delivering training is key and may shape how the roles and service develop around you, in short shape your own role and development.
