Job summary

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Service Manager for Clinical Therapies to lead operational delivery across the Clinical Therapy services within the Clinical Specialties Division.

The post holder will work with the Business Manager, Team Leaders and clinicians to improve patient access, care quality and staff wellbeing, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and NHS challenges.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of operational service delivery within a healthcare setting.
• Clear understanding of NHS challenges and opportunities.
• Ability to deliver operational initiatives to achieve patient access targets (RTT/DMO1).
• Competent in complex data handling and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Operationally manage the Clinical Therapy services within the division.
• Provide leadership and expert advice to teams to deliver high standards of care.
• Work closely with the Business Manager, Team Leaders, Clinicians and staff across the Trust.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery against performance goals.
