This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the well established Section 136 Health Based Place of Safety team, based at Chorley and South Ribble General Hospital.
The Health Based Place of Safety cares for patients who have been detained on Section 136 or Section 135 of the Mental Health Act.
A passionate, empathic and resilient personality is essential, along with positive and collaborative teamwork skills in order to maintain a safe and positive culture that promotes patient recovery.
The successful applicant will be expected to work a pattern of both days and nights to cover this 24 hours a day 7 days a week service.
