Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Clinical Systems Technician (SystmOne) to support and maintain our clinical systems and Hybrid Mail services. Based in a local office with hybrid working and travel to sites within the area.

You will manage incidents, configurations, and record‑management, contributing to knowledge base and service improvements, while acting as SME for Hybrid Mail after training. Strong communication, governance, and customer‑facing skills are essential, with a focus on accurate

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience, preferably in a Service Desk environment.
• Experience working with SystmOne in a testing, configuration, or support capacity.
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily use of ITSM software and MS Teams to manage support requests, with detailed documentation.
• Contribute to the Knowledge Base under supervision of the Clinical Systems Compliance Lead.
• Undertake routine configuration changes in relevant clinical systems, including templates and diary updates.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and service improvement initiatives.
• Support end users by guiding them through tasks within the systems and providing training material.
