Job summary

Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join Ward 26 on a 29-bed unit caring for acutely unwell patients. Enthusiastic, hard-working candidates with an interest in diabetes and endocrinology are encouraged to apply.

We will support you with training in diabetes, endocrinology and general medicine, and you will assist with personal care, record-keeping in Cerner, observation, and light clinical duties on the ward.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Health Care Assistant to come and join our team on Ward 26.

We are a 29 bedded ward who support patients who are acutely unwell. Candidates need to be enthusiastic, hard working and have a keen interest in Diabetes and Endocrinology.

We will support candidates with further training if needed within diabetes, endocrinology and general medicine.

Salary: £25,760 - £27,476 per annum pro rata
