Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker to join the Oaktrees Ward on Wirral. The role is part-time and focuses on high‑quality care for adults with mental health conditions within a multidisciplinary team.

You will assist with personal care, support recovery and contribute to personalised treatment plans. The ward runs 7 days a week with 12‑hour shifts, including day, night and weekend duties.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Clinical Support Workers to join our dynamic team on Oaktrees Ward in Springview Hospital in Clatterbridge. We are a 14 bedded Specialist Eating Disorder Unit (SEDU).

In this role, you'll provide high quality, compassionate care to adults with mental health conditions. You'll work closely with a multi disciplinary team to deliver personalised treatment plans and provide support to patients as they navigate complex mental health challenges.

We are looking for applicants who have some experience of working with people with mental health diagnoses and who can demonstrate their compassion and optimism for the rehabilitation and recovery of this client group.

The ward offers a 7 day per week / 24hours per day service, therefore the successful candidates must be able to work a full range of 12 hour shifts including day, night and weekends shifts. The role may also include Twilight or bridging shifts in the evening.

The postholder works under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and will be expected to assist on all aspects and duties expected in a clinical ward environment.

Key Responsibilities include:
