Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical or care setting preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the instructions of Registered Nurse / Registered Nursing Associate who is clinically accountable for care delivery.
• Accurately document all care delivered, including electronic records, while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in induction and mentoring of new staff where applicable.
• Support with ward resources and equipment to ensure safe patient care.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family engagement under supervision.
