Job summary

The Support Worker role is based in a brand new, state-of-the-art care home in Holt, Norfolk, operated by a leading UK health care provider. We seek a committed individual with NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care to join a dedicated team and deliver compassionate, person-centred care to residents on day and night shifts.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate (£14.50–£16.00) with monthly pay, plus benefits and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing high quality care to residents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Promote well-being and provide the highest quality of care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks including personal care and companionship.
• Encourage independence and support residents with daily routines and activities.
• Maintain accurate records at all times.
