Job summary

SOUTH TEES HOSPITALS NHS FOUNDATION TRUST is seeking Clinical Support Workers to assist patients across NHS settings, helping with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and appointments while supporting nursing teams in delivering compassionate care.

Roles span hospitals, GP practices, homes, and community settings with rotating day, night, weekend shifts. The role offers progression, training, and a chance to develop leadership and improvement skills within the Trust.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and basic IT skills.
• Willingness to work day/night/weekend shifts.
• Contribute to ongoing development within the service.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with social and physical activities, personal care, and mobility.
• Support patients with mealtimes, bookings, and appointments.
• Work with nursing teams to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Provide care across NHS settings including hospitals, GP practices, and community.
