Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust is hiring a Clinical Healthcare Support Worker for Scotter Ward, Gainsborough. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities in a friendly multidisciplinary team supporting doctors, nurses and advanced practitioners to deliver high-quality care to the local community.

You will assist with clinical and patient care duties, record observations, maintain records, and contribute to safe, compassionate care in a busy NHS setting.

Qualifications

Healthcare experience desirable but not essential, with training provided.
Commitment to CPD and lifelong learning.
Ability to work in a team and communicate with diverse people.
Experience recording patient observations and basic care tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

Undertake and record patient observations and provide basic patient care.
Assist with patients' needs and support the Nursing and medical team.
Maintain patient records and support clinical audits.
Order and replenish stock and perform reception/clerical duties.
Act as chaperone when required to support service operations.
