Job summary

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Clinical / Integrated Support Worker Higher Level for Thirsk Community. The role involves supporting the Thirsk Community Nursing Team, with potential across Hambleton & Richmondshire/MRC locality.

Role requires vehicle access for work and flexibility to cover hours 08:00–20:00 as needed. Applicants should have health or social care experience, Level 2 numeracy/literacy, care certificate (or willingness to obtain), and Level 3

Qualifications

• Numeracy and Literacy Level 2
• Care Certificate (or willingness to work towards)
• Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent to Level 3 in patient and clinical care duties
• Completion of WASP competencies and Trust insulin/oral medication administration training per SOP
• Experience of working in health or social care
• Experience of undertaking and recording clinical observations
• Understanding of robust, accurate, clear, timely documentation
• Knowledge of safeguarding
• GDPR/confidentiality awareness
• Disclosure to the DBS process as part of recruitment
