The Emergency Department in Pilgrim Hospital is seeking Clinical Health Care Support Workers to work within our team ensuring delivery of high standards of patient care.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn and develop extended skills, along with further educational and professional development opportunities.
CHCSW duties include supporting the registered workforce with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Recording & monitoring of patient observations, performing extended skills (once training complete), ensuring patient needs are met such as hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and toileting.
