Job summary

Harmless CIC is seeking a dynamic practitioner to deliver psychosocial and non-clinical interventions designed to promote recovery and wellbeing across the region. You will undertake assertive outreach, collaborate with communities, and help connect service users with appropriate supports and housing or employment options.

Travel across the region is essential; eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid visa.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of psychosocial and non-clinical interventions to promote recovery and wellbeing for service users.
• Deliver assertive outreach across the region to engage people at risk and groups of concern.
• Promote access to Harmless’ psychological care and support services and work collaboratively with partners.
• Support service users to improve quality of life through employment support, social engagement, advocacy, and housing.
• Coordinate safeguarding when needed to ensure safety and coordinated care.
