Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical trials for AI training projects. This fully remote hourly contract role leverages your project management and clinical operations expertise to support real-world data used for cutting-edge AI models.

You will manage timelines, budgets, CROs and vendors, ensure compliance across sites, and help translate clinical insights into AI-ready data, with flexible 10–40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track and meet quality standards
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant study operations
• Identify risks early, resolve operational issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI‑generated content related to clinical research

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong grasp of study timelines, budgets, and operational execution
• Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external research partners
• Able to juggle multiple workstreams and keep complex, multi‑site studies running smoothly
• Methodical and detail-oriented — you catch what others miss and act before problems escal
• Clear communicator who can align diverse stakeholders around shared goals

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or healthcare data platforms
• Background spanning both sponsor-side and CRO-side trial management
• Experience with early-phase or adaptive trial designs
