Job summary

Alignerr is seeking aClinical Study Manager to oversee the operational execution of AI training-related clinical trials. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling (10–40 hours/week) and the opportunity to shape how healthcare data informs world-class AI models.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and CRO/vendor relationships across multiple sites, while maintaining data quality and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical trials from start to close.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking skills.
• Proven ability to manage CROs, vendors and external partners.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking across vendors.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams for high-quality execution.
• Identify operational risks early and resolve issues affecting timelines and data quality.
• Keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Work independently and asynchronously.
