Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to help train and evaluate AI systems on clinical research workflows. You will bring real-world trial operations expertise to the frontier of AI development, guiding projects from kickoff to delivery.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to manage multiple trials across vendors and sites, delivering high-quality operational insights on your own timetable.

Qualifications

• Experienced in clinical trial project management with budgets and timelines.
• Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external partners.
• Able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Clear and structured communicator who documents findings precisely.
• Comfortable working independently without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Apply budget management to forecast spending and vendor costs.
• Coordinate CROs, sites, and internal teams for operational quality.
• Identify risks and provide structured feedback throughout the trial.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and real-world applicability.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
