Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical trials for AI training projects. This fully remote hourly contract role leverages your project management and clinical operations expertise to support real-world data used for cutting-edge AI models.

You will manage timelines, budgets, CROs and vendors, ensure compliance across sites, and help translate clinical insights into AI-ready data, with flexible 10–40 hours per week.

Qualificações

• Experienced clinical trial project manager with strong timelines, budgets and execution.
• Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external researchers.
• Able to juggle multiple workstreams and keep multi-site studies on track.

Responsabilidades

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across vendors.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams for compliant operations.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.
