HealthHarmonie, based in Edgbaston, Birmingham, is recruiting a Clinical Stock Coordinator to ensure stock and equipment reach clinical teams across the region. This role supports clinics and helps maintain high-quality patient care.
Working 24 hours per week (3 days), you will manage stock receipt, storage, packing, and distribution, conduct audits, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to safe, efficient operations within a growing healthcare provider.
The Medinet Group is a leading independent healthcare provider delivering high-quality clinical services across the UK and Ireland, comprising Acute Services (Medinet), Outpatient Specialist Services (HealthHarmonie), and Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (HH Minds).
With over 20 years' experience, partnerships with more than 100 NHS Trusts, and more than 2 million patients treated, we've built a strong reputation for clinical excellence and operational delivery.
As we continue to grow, we are strengthening our operational teams to ensure our clinics have the equipment, stock, and resources needed to deliver outstanding patient care every day.
As a Clinical Stock Coordinator, you will play a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring our clinical teams have the stock and equipment they need to provide safe, effective, and high-quality patient care.
Based at our Head Office in Edgbaston, Birmingham, you will work under the guidance of the Stock Controller and be responsible for managing clinical and pharmaceutical stock and supporting clinics across the region through timely stock distribution and deliveries. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our services and help ensure clinicians can focus on delivering the best possible patient experience.
No two days will be the same. From organising stock transfers and conducting inventory audits to liaising with suppliers and coordinating equipment repairs, you'll be a key member of the operations team. You'll work closely with Clinical Operations colleagues, external service providers, and clinic teams, ensuring communication is clear, proactive, and solutions-focused.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on role, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running efficiently. Though not essential, experience working as a pharmacy dispensing assistant in a community setting or as assistant technical officer (ATO) in a hospital pharmacy or stores department would be advantageous.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team that makes a real difference to patient care.
By joining the HealthHarmonie family, you will become part of a team dedicated to ensuring patients receive timely access to high-quality healthcare services. While this role may be behind the scenes, your contribution will have a direct impact on the care we deliver every day.
We value individuals who take ownership, enjoy solving problems, support their colleagues, and are committed to continuous improvement. If you're looking for a rewarding role where organisation, teamwork, and attention to detail truly matter, we'd love to hear from you.
