Job summary

HealthHarmonie is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support clinical services and patient care across our Kent & Medway clinics. You will work with clinicians and admin staff to ensure accurate patient records, coordinate appointments, and uphold strict infection control standards to provide a safe environment for patients and staff.

Your Day in the Life of a Healthcare Assistant

As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will play a vital role in supporting our services and ensuring a high-quality patient experience across our clinics.

You will work closely with clinicians and administrative teams, ensuring all patient records and data are handled accurately and efficiently.

In addition, you will enhance the patient journey by delivering a welcoming and professional experience, carrying out GDPR and relevant health and safety checks, and supporting the smooth running of clinic operations. You will assist with appointment coordination and ensure all clinical areas meet strict infection control standards to provide a safe environment for both patients and staff.

Your contribution will be essential in delivering an efficient, compassionate, and patient-focused service.

Please note our service operates seven days a week. This role requires flexibility to work across Monday to Sunday, with shifts scheduled in line with service requirements.

Kent & Medway

This is a mobile role based in Kent. While your primary clinic locations will be within the Kent & Medway area, occasional travel to other clinic sites may be required to support service delivery.

The Role Details

• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours per week (including travel time)
• Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday
